Their operations continue to get innovated through process improvements. Their website earlier just existed as an informative website without much optimisation efforts etc.
Slowly the website traffic got reduced. Especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic downtime, the website needed to transform into an interactive website to serve the families and residents well.
