UpGraph Social Media agency is adept in managing your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google my business and YouTube Accounts. Some clients do have a focus for Pinterest. That can be accommodated as well.
How many social media posts you will publish in a Month?
It depends on the social media management contract you sign-up with us. Usually 10-12 social media posts a month is ideal, manageable and within our bandwidth to gather noteworthy information to share your follower base. Still, like we mentioned, if a business needs more post on a monthly basis, that can be arranged.
Do you also do video posts as part of your commitment?
For each clients, we create at least 2 video posts each month along with 13 social media image posts. Beyond that we will have to agree on a custom pricing as it takes more effort to create video posts.
How you ensure these posts are published as per schedule?
Our social media strategist are experienced in managing social handles of multiple clients at the same time. So, creating these posts and scheduling for publishing at regular intervals is ensured using social media automation tools.
Do you use any social media automation tools?
Yes, we use a lot of professional design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) and social media automation tools like Agorapulse to streamline our work.

Do we also have the social media login credentials?
Of course. The social media properties are always yours. We just take administrative access to those social media platforms that allow. For other platforms we take login credentials from you and securely keep them with us.

Yes, our contract for social media management is flexible. We will closely monitor the results and report it to you along with any valuable insights to improve upon.
How will you share progress of Social Media Management?
All the social media platforms give insights within itself. We shall collate the insights and progress at the end of the each month and share with you.
