The client is a fast-growing tour operator and travel agency that was operating offline for a long time. Their fleet was growing and their service coverage was widening steadily. Clients slowly started to know their brand through word-of-mouth marketing. All in all, the client's business was growing and hence they enjoyed profitability.
During COVID-19 Pandemic, everything had to be reimagined. The travel industry came to a standstill. Until then the client did not have an online strategy to attract and convert clients. They were busy managing their offline tour, travel enquiries and were satisfied.
