The client is a fast-growing tour operator and travel agency that was operating offline for a long time. Their fleet was growing and their service coverage was widening steadily. Clients slowly started to know their brand through word-of-mouth marketing. All in all, the client's business was growing and hence they enjoyed profitability.
During COVID-19 Pandemic, everything had to be reimagined. The travel industry came to a standstill. Until then the client did not have an online strategy to attract and convert clients. They were busy managing their offline tour, travel enquiries and were satisfied.
Unlike many other tour operators and travel businesses that shut shop, this client realised that the future is going digital. During the downtime, they took it is an opportunity and started working on improving their online presence.
